Licensed dealer

Loris International Trading Co (Pty) Ltd trades as a licensed firearms dealer under the Firearms Control Act, 2000. Dealer licence number: Firearms dealer licence number to be confirmed.

What a buyer must produce

• A valid South African identity document.
• A valid competency certificate and firearm licence for the category concerned, or
• Written authority for a dealer-to-dealer transfer to your own licensed dealer.

No online transfer

Nothing on this website constitutes a sale or transfer of a firearm. All firearm transactions are completed in person, on the correct SAPS documentation, and recorded in our dealer register.

Ammunition

Ammunition is sold only in person, against a valid licence for a firearm in the corresponding calibre or gauge, within the quantities permitted by law.

Safe handling

Every firearm handled in the showroom is treated as loaded until proved otherwise. Eye and ear protection is required at any range or fitting session.
