Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, including the right to goods that are of good quality, in good working order and free of defects.
Manufacturer warranty
New guns and machines carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled by us on your behalf with the manufacturer or its importer. Proof of purchase is required.
Pre-owned guns
Pre-owned guns are sold in the condition described in the listing, with the condition grade stated. You are welcome to inspect any pre-owned gun before purchase — we encourage it.
Returns
Because firearms transfer under licence, a firearm cannot simply be returned once the transfer is complete. If a gun is defective, contact us immediately and do not continue to shoot it. Non-firearm items in unused, resaleable condition may be returned within 7 days of collection.
Special orders
Guns built or engraved to your specification cannot be returned for change of mind, as they cannot be resold as standard stock.
How to claim
Email info@lorisinternational.co.za with your name, the item, the date of purchase and a description of the fault. We will confirm the next step within one working day.
