What we collect

• The content of your message, including the gun or service you asked about.
• Any preferred appointment date you give us.

Why we collect it

Only to answer your enquiry, arrange an appointment, quote you, and keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal obligations as a licensed firearms dealer, after which they are deleted.

Who sees it

Our staff, and the service providers who host this website and deliver our email. They process the information on our instruction only.

Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@lorisinternational.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
